History

ADAIR Engineering incorporated in 1986, opening up in Bakersfield, CA, starting with just a few employees. Since that time, we have provided engineering and design to a wide range of companies, over many industry sectors, at one point reaching over 100 employees. In December 2011, ADAIR became a certified WBE, Women-owned Business Enterprise. The ADAIR headquarters are located in Grover Beach, CA.

ADAIR has evolved to a family run small business with family values. We pride ourselves in our extensive experience over several industries and engineering disciplines as well as our ability to genuinely collaborate quickly and easily with our clients.
