Project and Systems Design
ADAIR provides complete engineering and design of capital budget projects. Services include preliminary and detailed engineering and design, construction and equipment specifications, constructed cost estimates, control and instrumentation development, and operating manuals. Services are provided by licensed professionals in the fields of civil, electrical, mechanical, structural, instrumentation, process, and architectural.
Construction Services and Management
ADAIR provides services ranging from construction support and management to complete turnkey projects. Services include start-up assistancd and trouble shooting. Emphasis during construction is placed on quality control of the equipment, materials, contractor workmanship, and scheduling.
Energy Control
ADAIR provides comprehensive energy audits for implementation of cost reduction programs for existing facilities. Audits cover consumption of electricity, steam, gas, and other fuels and provide overall energy program development. Grassroots programs are evaluated during design to incorporate the best life cycle cost and energy conservation methods.
Permitting and Environmental Protection
ADAIR’S right-of-way agents and engineers are well versed on Federal, State, and Local regulations and procedures for the preparation of application. Services provided include site selection, alignment studies, technical support for environmental impact statements, and client representation at public hearings.
